This bearing assembly comes dis-assembled from Penn.
To assemble apply some Penn blue grease to the tubular frame that will help to hold the pins in place. You will note there are tiny flexible frames that hold each pin into the tube. Insert pins gently. Without grease they will fall out. Once all pins are in the tube, put the metal sleeve in the center and seat the tube into the outer plastic piece. Cap it with the outer metal ring.
It’s installed in the reel onto the pinion with the flat side down towards the housing body and the rounded top towards the rotor cup. See the reel schematic for how to place the parts around it on the pinion.
