Directions
At eye level, fasten sharpener to wall, door frame or cabinet with enclosed screw.
Draw the blade through the sharpening slot three or four times with light downward strokes and your knife is ready for the most precise carving.
To insure long term service, keep sharpener clean by washing in HOT sudsy water to remove built-up grease and dirt.
